Fresh agricultural products are naturally subject to variations in appearance, size, shape, color, texture, and taste. Such natural variations shall not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Orders

An order placed through our website or by any other approved means constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

  • The order contains an obvious pricing or description error;
  • Shipping to the requested destination is not reasonably possible;

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • provide a complete and accurate delivery address;
  • provide a valid telephone number and email address;
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment where necessary
  • comply with applicable import laws and regulations;
  • promptly complete any customs or clearance requirements; and
  • Inspect and appropriately store products upon receipt.

The Company shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, refusal to accept delivery, failure to complete customs procedures, or other customer-related circumstances.

8. Refunds and Exchanges

All refunds and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh fruits and the high international courier and return-shipping costs, products are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once received by the customer.

Where an order is confirmed as not received by the customer, the customer may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
